WHEN WALKING BAREFEET
When walking bare-feet
On desert sand
Under scorching Sun
We need to draw in our feet
Because –
Than the direct sunrays
The sand beneath the feet
Gives more caustic burns.
Even a little stinging of it
Is enough
To melt our dreams.
